I have worked with Simon since 2018. He is incredible at what he does, anyone who gets to work with him should consider themselves very lucky. He is so much more than just a broker, as a landlord and diligent researcher of property both in terms of its mortgageability and also so many other factors within the deal I had not considered such as the local housing make up, as well as the basics such as yields.

I have found him to be completely honest and isn’t afraid to mention any issues he finds within a purchase to enable me to make more informed decisions. He is vastly experienced in all aspects of finance such as mortgages, bridging and development finance.
